My brother and I have to move out before the end of our lease and are therefore seeking tenants to take-over our current contract. Rent is $998.00/ month and the lease will end 8/31/2015 with the option to re-lease. Can be moved into ASAP. There are no take-over fees, just an application fee of $50.00/person.
