The two other rooms are occupied by two girls; they're quiet, friendly, and do not smoke. One does have a cat. The apartment is fully furnished: Couch, TV stand, coffee table, dining table, microwave, oven, washer and dryer, washing machine, refrigerator with an ice maker, dresser in room and a desk with a chair. The only thing the room doesn't come with is a bed. Wi-fi is free. There is an HEB within walking distance along with various restaurants and a planet fitness. There are two UT bus stops across the street and a metro bus stop only a 2 minute walk away.
