Looking for a roommate for the Fall 2015/ Spring 2016 school year. I am a 20 year old, UT student, Male. Would prefer no smoking or drinking. At the Block on 23rd, within 5 minutes of campus. Parking on the road or at the Block Garage. 485$/mo and utilities (usually around $30). The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 5 roommates already filled (males and females). Person would be sharing bedroom and bathroom with one male. The apartment has a walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and large commons area. Pool and gym available in block complex.We would prefer cleanliness, your half of the room comes furnished with bed and desk (green and blue comfortor bed and black desk with whiteboard in picture), but can be removed at request.
