Subletting 1 BDRM APT in Central Hyde Park in Austin, TX

We are subletting our cute 1bd/1ba apartment in the Oak Park Apartment community. Our current lease runs until the end of May 2017, so perfect timing if you are a student and won't be around the whole summer. There is also the opportunity to renew the lease if you plan on sticking around longer.The neighborhood is tranquil, neighbors are nice. Staff are really helpful and friendly, maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. There is a pool and laundry close to the apartment, but not too close that you get a lot of traffic or noise. The apartment is on the first floor, so great for hot Texas summers and also stays very regulated in the winter. We hardly used heat during the winter and don't have to keep the a/c up very high during the summer. All hardwood floors and tile. HUGE bedroom and walk-in closet. HUGE windows letting in a ton of natural light. (However, since we're on the bottom floor, you also don't have to deal with the heat of direct sunlight.) Right across the street from Juiceland and within walking distance to Dolce Vita, Quacks, Mother's, and other trendy Hyde Park spots. Perhaps the best part is that we got into this apartment early enough to lock in a super low rate, compared to what one-bedrooms are going for in this neighborhood these days. Rent is $900/month. We typically pay an extra $55 utilities. So total you're out for less than $1000/month. Now for this same apartment, rent starts at $1050
