Velocity Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Cycle in Austin, TX

i had a ?attack and have to exercise at home, so i'm selling the lightly used recumbent bicycle that i bought (on another community sales site) that turned out to be stuck on level 8 (highest level), which i can't do. it's a Velocity Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Cycle CHB-R2003. i have the owners manual for it. the seat is cushioned and adjustable. i really liked it for the short time the tension dial worked. nominal cost to someone who can handle level 8, or fix it, which can't be too hard but is beyond my ability. it's still being sold in stores new $300+. I paid $150 to the unscrupulous dude, sell for $75 as fixer upper?
