Summary of responsibilitiesrequirements include but are not limited topresentation and touring of our special event space for corporate, private and wedding related eventspossess effective communication abilities in relaying info in a friendly mannerresponding to emails and telephone inquiries on packages, pricing and availabilitytarget marketing for special events to include eblasts and creation of databasescoordinate communicate effectively and efficiently with teammates in developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship throughout the company at all timesassist with special events from initial consultation through execution of events, to include set up breakdown, clean up, and close outassist in development, creation, design, and posting of marketing materials and all public relation effortsstrong efficiency with social media formats for posting on a regular basisTABC certification requiring both on-site and off-site events for representation of our productdetail oriented with a flair for creativity and great organizationattend networking events andor off-site opportunities for our productbooth and trade show design and execution desired knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft word, Constant Contact, and Wordpressability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40cheerful attitude and great smile with professional appearanceaccountability and trustworthiness are paramountability to travel within the Austin area for product marketingThis position will involve adjustable hours requiring weekday, weekend, and evening hours.
