PT - Physical Therapist for Contract Position Part-Time Starting Lakeway and in Austin, TX

Texas Mobile Rehab is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in the Austin, TX area. This will start out as a contract, part time opportunity, and will grow to allow you to see as many or as few patients as you desire. Perfect for anyone who requires a flexible work schedule, and enjoys being able to treat patients one-on-one in an independent setting, as you see fit. You will provide house calls to patients in their homes, and in assisted living centers in your preferred area. Most patients will be geriatric patients, so you must enjoy working with the geriatric population. We have immediate work available for a therapist West Austin Lakeway area, but will expand to other areas of Austin as we hire therapists to fill those territories. Therefore, we would love to hear from you now, so that if you join our team you can select your preferred territory before that territory fills up. Compensation is above industry standard, and documentation is Web-based and very easy. This is NOT a home health agency, therefore we dont have lengthy OASIS forms. We look for clinicians who are confident and positive with the expertise to balance their time well, prioritize and multi-task. Our clinicians are given the independence to set their own treatment schedules, and those we hire thrive in an environment with that level of freedom. Degree from an accredited physical therapy program, with current license in the state of Texas.Min 1 yr background treating patients in the field. Geriatric background is preferred.Should be comfortable in an independent treatment setting with minimal supervision, and be able to effectively manage your schedule.Communication and organization skills are important.You should have transportation and internet access to complete Web-based documentation.
