am needing to sublease my studio apartment starting at the end of February or anytime in March! I am flexible. I'm hoping someone can take over my lease which ends at the end of August 2015. You can choose to renew after that if you'd like!!Great complex with amazing neighbors that are never loud! There's a laundry room on site and is never over-crowded. Maintenance people keep the outside very clean and free of trash. And the pool is very well maintained and is never crowded!!I have a lot of studio space-saving items that I wouldn't mind selling/giving to someone willing to take over my lease!! I am also accepting short term tenants if they want to pay for the months in full. Negotiable.The bills are super cheap! Internet is $36/month and electricity is $35-50 a month!!!! Super cheap!!! And the rent is $907/month and includes water. ($880 plus a flat rate for water and gas makes it $907 a month)Great area. Walking distance to Freddie's and south 1st street food trucks, HEB and 2 great Mexican food places (Curras and Habanera). South congress is also walking distance!I paid $250 for the deposit and I am willing to just transfer it over to you so you won't have to pay a deposit-- we can talk about it!Place is pet friendly and all appliances are new!
