1B/1B in East Austin - Lease Takeover in Austin, TX

My boyfriend and I need someone to take over our lease at Elan East. Located off of Manor Rd., Elan is only about a year old and we've lived here from almost the beginning. We absolutely adore the front office staff and have had no issues with our neighbors.The lease runs through until February 2016 and the unit is available by end of March at the earliest, though we are flexible. There aren't many open units available, and only a couple of one bedrooms left in the entire complex.Washer/dryer in unit, huge walk-in closet, vinyl flooring in common areas, with sizable balcony. Rental price includes one spot in the garage and a storage unit (not sure of the size, but it is large enough to fit quite a few of my boyfriend's things). Key fob entry and security patrol at night, though we have not had nor heard of any incidents in our time here. The clubhouse is pretty awesome and cozy as well - it has two skeeball machines, two large flat screens, coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker, a small but efficient gym, and an office area with two desktops and a large office room with doors off to the side.Five minute ride to downtown, but the traffic through our area is very light. Also not a bad ride north or to the airport - being north of the river has serious advantages. It is usually pretty quiet and there is a courtyard area with 3 pools, 2 grills, and lots of chairs and hammocks.
